We celebrate Communion every Sunday. We invite you to join us for worship, and for coffee and fellowship afterwards.
Children are welcomed and invited to worship services, but we also provide childcare service for the very young.
Our children participate in children’s worship (Sunday School) from September to June, and join the congregation for communion.
Everyone is welcome - for those with special needs, we are wheelchair accessible with hearing and visual assists by request.
Our Lutheran Spiritual Life
Worshipping God helps us remember that we have been created in love and are most worthy of being loved. The most challenging times of life are also times of great potential for healing and personal growth.
Through the support of loving people, the Spirit surprises us with joy even at the darkest times. Questions posed at Our Saviour are welcomed, honoured and never dismissed with "easy" answers. In our community men and women, children and adults speak with authority of their walk with God.
People of all religious faiths and those with no formal faith deserve our respect and hospitality. Being led by the Spirit of God, we are called to work for peace and justice in our homes, community and nation.
The life of Jesus Christ is the example for the lives we seek to live. We are humbly aware of our limited understanding of the depth and breadth of the mystery of the Spirit in our lives
At the same time, we are confident that our Christian faith can guide us to the abundant life of salvation.

We invite all to participate as you are able in our Lent and Easter worship services . . .
- Ash Wednesday, February 22 at 7 pm
- Holden Evening Prayer, a half hour of contemplative worship and prayer for Lent
Thursday evenings March 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29 from 7 to 7:30 pm - Maundy Thursday, April 5, we gather first for a light supper at 6 pm, followed by Holy Commuion service at 7 pm
- Good Friday, April 6, worship hour is tentatively scheduled for 3 pm
- Easter Worship on Sunday morning, April 8th, 10 am.
Also on Easter Sunday will be Richmond’s multi-congregational Easter Sunrise Worship Service, held at Garry Point Park.
